Creating a Time Trace Report 7-23
The window that appears now depends on what you selected in the first
window. For instance, if you selected “Agent Data,” the following
window appears:
5. In the displayed wizard window, in each pull-down menu, select the
name of the split/skill, agent (if appropriate), or VDN, and the time-
trace data you want to display.
6. Select Next.
