If Site Manager does not display system information in its main window, the
router did not boot successfully. In this case, perform the following steps:
1. Reboot the router with your startup.cfg file to re-establish IP connectivity.
2. Examine your customized config file for errors using the Configuration
Manager in local mode.
If the problem persists, call the Bay Networks Technical Response Center in your
area.
Verifying that the Router Routes Traffic According to Your Configuration
Use the Statistics Manager and Events Manager tools to verify that the router
routes traffic according to your configuration.
Refer to Managing Routers and BNX Platforms for details on using these tools.
Replacing the Existing Configuration File with the Version 10.0
Configuration File
To replace the existing configuration file with your converted and edited Version
10.0 configuration file:
1. Open the Configuration Manager in dynamic mode.
2. Select File➔Save As.
The Save Configuration File menu appears.
3. Enter the filename config and select the correct volume where your Flash
card resides.
4. Click on Save.
