2 Select Add to Contacts... to add the sender to your Outlook Contacts. The

contact window box appears.

3 Insert the name of the sender.

4 Select Save and Close. The new contact is added to your contact list with the

name of the sender. Your Inbox is also updated to show the contact name that

you entered.

Required format for a CallPilot E-mail address

If you choose to enter a CallPilot address in the E-mail text box, enter the address in the

following format:

[CALLPILOT:XXXXYYYY@ZZZZ]
